- 2 cans dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can sweet corn, rinsed and drained

How to prepare this:
- Take one pot, put some oil inside and turn it on medium heat. Then, include the onion, garlic, and red pepper and cook it for around 5-10 minutes and stir all of the time.
